Iglesia Restauración En Cristo (also known as Restoration In Christ Church — a Texas 501(c)(3) non-profit religious organization, hereinafter “IREC”, “the Church”, or “we”) operates a text-messaging program that delivers, upon your opt-in consent, transactional and pastoral SMS/MMS messages to your mobile device. Messages you may receive include: Text-to-Give donation confirmations and secure checkout links; prayer request confirmations and pastoral follow-ups; ministry schedule reminders; event RSVPs and reminders; and general church announcements.
You may enroll by either (a) submitting your mobile phone number on a web form on
any of our official domains —
IglesiaREC.org,
IglesiaREC.com,
GoRICChurch.org, or
GoRICChurch.com —
(for example at /give or /oracion), and checking the required
consent checkbox; or (b) texting one of the opt-in keywords (GIVE, DAR, PRAYER,
ORACION, YES, JOIN, START) to +1 (817) 225-9190. Your consent is not
required to make a donation, become a member, or receive any goods or services from
IREC. All four domains refer to the same organization and the same SMS program.
Message frequency varies based on the categories you have opted into. Typically fewer than ten (10) messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your provider for pricing details. IREC does not charge any additional fee for text messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL or QUIT to any text message we send. You will receive a single confirmation reply. After that you will not receive any further texts unless you opt back in. You may also email info@iglesiarec.org with your mobile number requesting removal.
Reply HELP, INFO, or AYUDA to any of our texts for help, or contact us at info@iglesiarec.org.
Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither the wireless carriers nor IREC are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 13 years of age to opt in to receive text messages from IREC. By opting in you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent record with any third party for their own marketing purposes. For full details, please read our SMS Privacy Policy.
IREC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Continued participation in the SMS program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices.
